What happens if my order arrives damaged?

I carefully package every order to help protect it during shipping, but unfortunately, packages are not always handled gently once they are in the carrier’s hands.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately after delivery and send clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The outside of the shipping box
  • The inside packaging
  • Any visible damage to the box
  • The shipping label

Please keep the damaged item, box, and all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed, as these may be needed for a shipping claim.

Prompt photos and documentation are required so I can properly address the damage and work toward a resolution.

How long is the turnaround time?

My current turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks from the date your order and personalization details are confirmed. Because each piece is handmade and made to order, completion cannot be guaranteed before the stated turnaround time.

Please keep this timeframe in mind when ordering for birthdays, holidays, or other special occasions. Shipping/transit time is additional and begins once your completed order has been shipped.

What if I spell the name wrong when ordering?

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order. Each sign is created using the exact spelling and information submitted at checkout.

If a name or other personalization detail is entered incorrectly by the customer, I am unable to offer a refund or remake the item at no additional cost. A new order will need to be placed and paid for in full with the correct personalization.

Please double-check everything before submitting your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because each sign is custom and made to order, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Once production has started, I may be unable to make changes or cancel the order. Personalized items that have already entered production are non-refundable.

Please review all names, spelling, design details, and order information carefully before submitting your order.
